We produce a range of products from Single Malt Whisky to bottled cocktails and serve our spirits in cocktails in our Tasting Room. We are looking for a full-time bartender to work a regular Thursday – Sunday schedule who enjoys creating and serving craft cocktails in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

One year of bar-backing/bartending experience preferred, ideally in a cocktail focused bar. Will train the right candidate.

Basic Responsibilities:

Proactively learn Bellemara’s bar processes and procedures. Along with other bartenders, take ownership of the prep room and bar support including cleaning and polishing glassware, preparing cocktails, restocking bar supplies, and any other support needed to keep the bar running efficiently. Be willing and able to positively interact with guests including greeting, seating, serving the bar area tables, and answering questions. Learn and display superior knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Bellemara. Assist in production of all syrups, juices, mixers, tinctures, bitters, and garnishes. Keep the bar, prep room, and tasting room, and facilities clean, sanitized, and organized. Understand and adhere to all liquor serving and handling laws.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and warm personality to all guests and fellow employees. Must be able to comfortably serve the bar and a section of tables. Must reliably show up on time. Must be able to reliably work nights and weekends, specifically Thursdays-Sundays, but with flexibility to occasionally work Tuesday or Wednesday as well. Must be clean and organized with an eye for detail. Must have an interest in classic and modern cocktails. Must have strong time and task management skills.
