The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a fine dining atmospheres. Must be organized and able to multi task while maintaining a clean environment. Knowledge of Heartland POS system and food safety practices is a plus. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales Skills
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in bartending in fine dining
• Familiarity with Heartland POS system is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage patrons
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
