Mint Bartender – A Practically Perfect Pourer in Every Way Are you equal parts elegance and efficiency? Can you stir a Negroni while quoting Hemingway, charm a table with grace, and keep a bar so clean it would make Mary Poppins sing? Then you might be the magical mixologist we’re looking for at Mint , our elevated farm-to-table craft cocktail restaurant. We’re searching for a bartender who is not only skilled behind the stick, but also exceptionally clean, highly organized, and professionally polished — someone who sees bartending as both art and service.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum 2-year degree — hospitality, culinary, communications, or related field preferred At least 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale, fast-paced environment A deep love for craft cocktails , with knowledge of classic recipes and modern techniques Wine and spirits knowledge that goes beyond the basics — we appreciate the nerdy stuff A sharp eye for presentation, timing, and detail — we love a bar that sparkles Someone who thrives on guest connection , teamwork, and keeping a joyful, drama-free zone A cool head, a warm heart, and a deep appreciation for natural ingredients and local sourcing
