Bartender Binghamton Country Club Endwell, NY 13760 Bartender – Binghamton Country Club The Binghamton Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide excellent customer service to our members & guests. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with members & guests, take orders, serve food and drinks.
• Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to the club’s standards.
• Check identifications and confirm they meet legal drinking age.
• Restock & replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay member-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Perform other tasks and duties as required. Qualifications
• Ability to understand and receive instruction in English.
• Works cooperatively with others in a team environment as well as independently.
• Must be detail-oriented, people-oriented, team-oriented, reliable, flexible, have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task.
• Maintains a positive professional working relationship with management and co-workers, as well as a professional relationship with our membership.
• Must be able to accurately follow instruction, adhere to established procedure, and maintain good communication with the Bar Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, well-stocked, and clean.
• Must have a High School degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a bartender required.
• Relevant training certificate.
• This position required frequent standing, walking, lifting (25+ lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, and balancing.
• Must be available weekends, holidays, days & evenings.
