The Role:

We are currently hiring experienced bartenders with 3-5 years of corporate or high-volume bartending experience . The ideal candidate is confident, fast, personable, and professional—someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and delivering unforgettable service in both quiet daytime hours and busy evening rushes. We are especially seeking bartenders with strong day shift availability at both our Orchard Park and Hertel locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room Maintain full knowledge of our menu, seasonal offerings, and promotions Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area at all times Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately Follow all alcohol handling procedures and serve responsibly Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH staff to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

3-5 years of bartending experience in a corporate or high-volume restaurant/bar environment Strong mixology skills, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and presentation Professional appearance and demeanor Familiarity with POS systems (Toast or similar experience is a plus) Daytime availability is highly preferred, along with the ability to work at both Orchard Park and Hertel locations Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
