Bartender Cloverbank Country Club Hamburg, NY 14075 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Cloverbank Country Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and maintaining accurate tabs for customers. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations based on preferences. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations while serving drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to ensure seamless service. Participate in ongoing training to enhance bartending skills, including brewing techniques and cocktail innovations. Skills Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the restaurant or catering industry. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with fine dining standards and banquet service is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
