As a Bartender/Server you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and beverage quality. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to provide seamless service. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Assist in training new staff on bar procedures, drink preparation, and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending within a restaurant setting is necessary. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills for accurate order processing. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
