Bartender Paper & Pencil 117 Burgoyne Road, Ticonderoga, NY 12883 Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, particularly within an elevated dining setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages , managing cash transactions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer knowledgeable recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with NYS Department of Health and Safety and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience bartending is required. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus. Strong cash handling skills and proficiency in retail math. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
