The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, including catering events or nightclub services. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub or catering environments. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and drink measurements. Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus. A background in hospitality or sales can enhance your candidacy for this role.
