Bartender/Server at Brooklyn Music Venue brooklyn music kitchen 177 Vanderbilt Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11205 Job Overview Music Venue and restaurant, “Brooklyn Music Kitchen” in Clinton Hill Brooklyn is looking to add to our team. We need one bartender / server. Must have at least 2 years experience as a bartender and in the food service industry. 2-4 nights per week. Some Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and rotating Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You must be punctual. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience and create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
