Bartender with Japanese Bar Experience We’re looking for a talented bartender to join our team at Cotra , a Japanese cocktail bar in Brooklyn. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Japanese spirits, ingredients, and bar culture.
Requirements:
Previous experience working at a Japanese bar or cocktail-focused restaurant Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and liquors (shochu, sake, umeshu, Japanese whisky, etc.) Ability to craft thoughtful, balanced cocktails with a Japanese twist Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Open to working evenings and weekends Bonus if you have: Experience with seasonal or omakase-style drinks Japanese language skills or cultural familiarity Join us in creating an elevated bar experience that blends tradition and creativity.
