Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting cocktails and providing exceptional customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for recreating the innovative drink recipes our beverage director has curated, ensuring the highest quality of beverages, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems. Knowledge with Toast Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate ingredient prepping from juicing to syrups and tonics Uphold fine dining standards by presenting drinks attractively and serving them with professionalism. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and customer preferences. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. 5+ years of experience in high end cocktail service NYC Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems for seamless order management. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and standards to enhance the guest experience. Ability to work effectively in a nightclub bar setting, maintaining energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
