Every night feels a little bit different in here; on the weekends, it’s a busy, bomping nightclub, mid-week, for better or worse, it’s kind of a corporate Chuck E. Cheese and on league nights, it’s a local watering hole for literally hundreds of dedicated regulars. We’re looking for someone who can roll with all of it and still find a way to enjoy their time, their co-workers and their responsibilities while helping to keep the good vibes vibing. Duties Making and serving simple-touch, high-quality, properly tropical cocktails with speed, accuracy and a smile. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift and when you close at the end of the night Creating a welcoming, resort-worthy atmosphere four our leaguers and newcomers alike. Collaborating and cooperating with your fellow co-workers and management team to ensure a culture of respect, integrity and fun Handling cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the Toast POS system. Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Ideally, you’ll have: High-volume bartending experience Strong organizational, spacial and time management skills An extroverted personality and genuine curiosity, empathy and affection for humanity at large Strong cocktail, mocktail, spirit, beer, and wine knowledge Proficiency in cash handling and retail math to manage transactions accurately.
