Job Overview:

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team at Carmella’s Wine Bar. As a Bartender, you will be at the forefront of our service, crafting exceptional cocktails and providing guests with an unforgettable experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse selection of wines and spirits, showcasing your creativity and expertise in mixology.

Pay:

$10.35 – $25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Create and serve a variety of classic and innovative cocktails, tailored to guests’ preferences. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections and food pairings, enhancing the guest experience. Maintain an organized and efficient bar area, including inventory management and cleanliness. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging feedback and fostering a sense of community. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of wine, cocktails, and service excellence.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred. A passion for wine, cocktails, and exceptional service, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
