About Us:

Kyma is a high-volume, coastal Greek restaurant located in the heart of Roslyn, NY. Known for our vibrant atmosphere, fresh Mediterranean cuisine, and elevated cocktails, we’re proud to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. We’re currently seeking a talented and professional Bartender to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare cocktails and beverages to recipe and standard Provide exceptional guest service at the bar and throughout the restaurant Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar Promote beverage specials and menu pairings Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available for at least 4 dinner shifts per week At least 1 lunch shift per week is required Weekend and holiday availability is a plus

Qualifications:

Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
