• We are rebuilding our team for the summer season, located on the water.

We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating exceptional drinks, serving food and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Upsell additional products when appropriate take correct food orders
• and checking that all are delivered as ordered in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bartending role required
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques Experience with Food serving & handling
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Hospitality or restaurant background is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
• Experience in food service industry
• Proficiency with cash registers
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Experience in food handling
• Previous work in a restaurant setting
