These roles are integral to maintaining the pace, flow, and polished atmosphere of our rooftop lounge. From delivering dishes with care to resetting tables seamlessly and ensuring our bar team is fully supported, you will play a hands-on role in shaping a world-class guest experience. Key Responsibilities Promptly run food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guests with accuracy and attention to detail Support servers and bartenders by restocking service stations, polishing glassware, and replenishing bar supplies Reset and clear tables quickly and gracefully, ensuring each setting is guest-ready Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the rooftop lounge throughout service Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth, coordinated service Anticipate team and guest needs, jumping in wherever support is needed during peak periods Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards and brand integrity Qualifications Prior experience in a high-volume hospitality setting is required Ability to remain composed, efficient, and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service Physical stamina to lift, carry, walk, and stand for extended periods Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required At Hudson VU, every team member contributes to creating moments worth remembering.
