The Role:

We’re seeking experienced, passionate Bartenders to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates bring a deep knowledge of cocktails, a love for nightlife culture, and the ability to deliver standout service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Craft and serve exceptional cocktails with speed, precision, and creativity
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, wine, and beer
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Deliver warm, engaging hospitality with a polished yet approachable style
Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Contribute to the energetic and inclusive vibe that defines

Monsieur Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume cocktail bars or nightlife venues
Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for spirits and mixology
Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest engagement skills
Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Interest in music, nightlife, and NYC downtown culture
Calm, confident demeanor under pressure
