The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash register operations and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety practices. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring that all beverage needs are met. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Uphold all local laws regarding alcohol service and adhere to responsible serving practices. Requirements Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques. Strong cash handling skills and experience operating a cash register. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in food service environments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
