Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, have the desire and creativity to craft cocktails fit to the restaurant atmosphere, and have a passion for customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle walk-ins including take out orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality standards
Skills:
- Experience with Toast POS system preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Familiarity with brewing methods and beverage preparation
