• $2,000 average weekly tips + hourly wage employment type: full-time job title: Bartender We are looking for highly motivated, capable and enthusiastic Bartenders with restaurant experience in high volume markets and basic knowledge of Italian Food & Wine.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

• 2 years of New York City or similar hospitality Bartending experience.
• Working knowledge of food, beverage, wine, cocktails and beer
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High Levels of Genuine Hospitality
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Work collaboratively with support staff in marking, clearing and maintaining bar & tables
• Settling payment transactions
• Willingness to Learn
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Relationship building with guests
• Making sure drinks & food are served in a timely manner
• Must be organized and have an extreme ability to multitask.
• Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and work while standing for long periods.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs often while working is a must
