Bartender Le Jardin Bistro 95 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer food orders and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
• Understanding of food service and catering operations
