The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ The Bartender will be able to curate classic and innovative cocktails to exceed guest needs and expectations while creating a memorable experience for all the guests. ▪ Read and familiarize yourself with all service manuals and company handbooks. ▪ Prepare mixed drinks by selecting and mixing ingredients according to recipes provided. ▪ Maintain attractive bars by arranging bottles and glasses for display, removing soiled glassware and empty bottles and cans, ensuring cleanliness. ▪ Maintain supplies by requisitioning, or re-stocking snacks, liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients. ▪ Prepare trash for disposal by separating garbage and recyclable items. ▪ Maintain safe, secure, and health code for patrons by following and enforcing standards and procedures. ▪ Judging when customers have consumed too much alcohol, call for alternate transportation, complying with legal regulations. ▪ Enhance bar’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment and safeguarding customers. ▪ Other duties as assigned.

TEAM MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

▪ Minimum of one year of previous bartending experience and prior front of the house experience ▪ High School diploma or equivalent experience ▪ TIPS Certification, ABRA Certification & SERV Safe Certified ▪ Ability to be flexible with work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. ▪ Meticulous attention to detail ▪ Demonstrates energetic, self-motivating and a “can do” positive attitude. ▪ Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust. ▪ Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals. ▪ Fast learner able to multitask and can work in a group setting comfortably. ▪

Bartending:

1 year (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

▪ Must be able to lift to 30 lbs. ▪ Stand, bend, stretch, lift items and move intermittently during working hours.
