Positions Available:
Bussers:

Supports service by clearing and resetting counters or tables discreetly; refills water and assists with guest needs; maintains cleanliness and flow in coordination with chefs and servers to ensure a seamless experience.

Bartender:

 Prepares and serves cocktails, sake, and other beverages with precision; maintains bar cleanliness; provides exceptional guest service with knowledge of Japanese spirits and dining etiquette.

Barback:

Assists bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly.

Servers:

Provides personalized, high-end service during omakase dining experiences; presents each course with knowledge and precision; communicates closely with the chef; ensures a seamless and memorable guest experience through attentiveness and respect for Japanese dining etiquette.

Host/Hostess:

Welcomes guests with grace and professionalism; manages reservations and seating for a timed, chef-driven omakase experience; communicates guest preferences to staff; ensures a smooth, respectful, and personalized guest journey from arrival to departure

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development is essential.
A strong work ethic and a proactive approach are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate diligence and commitment to their role

Compensation Details Compensation:

Hourly ($16.00 – $20.00) plus tips
