Kim’s, a brand-new upscale lounge and private karaoke destination located at 28th and Broadway in the heart of Midtown, is currently hiring dynamic and personable front-of-house staff to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and authentic personality to every shift. Our goal is to create a warm, engaging, and elevated experience for our guests—and that starts with the team. Following Roles:
- Singing Bartender – Confident, engaging individuals with strong bartending skills who are also comfortable singing or interacting with karaoke guests. Ideal for those who enjoy being in the spotlight while delivering top-tier service.
- Server – Friendly, detail-oriented professionals who can anticipate guest needs, deliver with efficiency, and maintain a polished presence throughout service.
- Runner – Quick, reliable team players with a can-do attitude who help ensure smooth and timely food and beverage delivery.
- Host – Poised and personable individuals who can warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and set the tone for an exceptional evening.

What We’re Looking For:
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with people
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a quality guest experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Singing Bartender applicants should be confident performers comfortable singing solo or interacting with a crowd
