⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Wanted Saturday Night Barback for Busy Established East Village Bars (East Village) compensation: $11 an hour Plus Tips employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Barback must be available to start next saturday june 28 shifts are from 7-close Must have experience having bar backed in a nightclub/bar in the past 5 years Must be fluent in English Duties include, but are not limited to:
- anticipating the needs of bartenders and restocking juices/fruit/liqour/napkins, etc before being asked to
- collecting dirty glasses and washing them in an expedient manner
- bussing the bar
- taking out trash at end of night
- cutting fruit
- jucing citrus
- wiping down surfaces throughout the night
- collecting empty beer bottles and organizing in empty beer boxes
- assisting bartenders/managers throughout shift Please be able to provide 2 RECENT professional references of bars , restaurants, or nightclubs where you have successfully barbecued Your reference must be a manager or owner (no barbacks or bartenders)
