In-person About Us Everest Micro Brewery is a small-batch brewery located just minutes from the heart of Niagara Falls. We craft our beers onsite and serve a rotating menu of wine and mock tails in a space that blends rustic industrial design with warm hospitality. As we get ready to open our doors, we’re building a team that’s passionate about beer, service, and creating memorable experiences. Position Summary We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our opening team. You’ll be one of the first faces our guests see — pouring drinks, sharing beer knowledge, and helping create the kind of welcoming environment people want to come back to. If you love great beer and enjoy making people feel at home, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve beer, mocktails, and wine based on guest preferences Share recommendations and talk confidently about our beer styles and flavors Provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed but professional atmosphere Keep the bar and taproom clean, stocked, and running smoothly Use our POS system (Clover or similar) to manage tabs and handle payments Monitor keg levels, help with keg swaps, and assist in tracking packaged beer Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food and drink service Follow health and safety standards to keep things clean and compliant Join in on training sessions to stay updated on menus and service practices What We’re Looking For Must be 21 or older Previous bartending or taproom experience is preferred An interest in (or love for) craft beer Confident with POS systems and cash/card handling Great communication and multitasking skills Dependable, positive, and ready to work as part of a team Available to work weekends and evenings What You’ll Get Staff discounts on drinks and food Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow A chance to be part of something special — a brand-new brewery in one of New York’s most iconic locations How to Apply Send your resume and a quick message about why you’d be a great fit to: info@everestmicrobrewery.com
