Farm Cafe Team Member – Lowbrow Bartender All One One All Farm Goshen, NY 10924 Mission and Vision All For One One For All (AOOA) is a 14-acre non-profit regenerative silvopasture farm, farm stand, education center and distillery in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley. The name of the farm is inspired by the famous proclamation in Alexandre Dumas’ Three Musketeers, which captures the heart of the project: to stand up for what is right and enrich our local communities, together. AOOA’s mission is to promote responsible agricultural and culinary practices as transformative tools for personal well-being, community prosperity, and global sustainability. Our farm stand sells the vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits we grow but also transforms those products into delicious meals served to the public every Friday to Sunday. We host a happy hour every Friday. Job Overview As a team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm stand. This can include assisting in food prep, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting farm events and workshops. As a team member with a focus on bartending, you should have some prior experience in the field. We’re referring to this role as a “lowbrow bartender” because, while bartending is your specialty, you are first and foremost a collaborative team member. The term reflects our unpretentious and welcoming approach to the job. Please note, we are a nonprofit organization. Instead of tips, we accept donations to support our mission. This position receives an hourly wage. We do not accept tips. This role is ideal for someone who has an interest in true farm to table eats and drinks, and customer service. You should be able to work efficiently under pressure, have a strong sense of teamwork, and be ready to contribute to the vibrant, community-focused atmosphere at our farmstand. Mandatory shift Fridays 4-7:30PM hosting/bartending for our happy hour and possible shifts Saturday and Sunday between 11AM-5PM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to farm stand patrons. Set up and break down the bar. Take food and drink orders, serving with attention to detail. Process payments accurately (cash and credit card transactions). Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers as needed. CAYGO Help with inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the farm stand and dining areas at all times. Assist in the execution of farm events, including happy hours, educational workshops, and harvest-themed events. Complete basic opening and closing tasks. Buss and clean dishes as needed. Support your team. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in bartending. Previous experience in food service. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Strong sense of time management, urgency, and pace. A positive, solution-oriented attitude. Reliable transportation to and from the farm We will train a great candidate!
