We are looking for someone who is driven to help create an amazing bar program.

Principle Responsibilities:

Interacting directly with customers, explaining menus, making recommendations, and preparing drinks Oversee responsible service of alcohol including verifying age and monitoring guest behavior Set up and break down bar daily including making house syrups, infusions and tinctures Ensure the bar area remains stocked and clean throughout service Contribute to the overall bar program by creating cocktails and drink specials Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register Maintain a positive working relationship with all associates, contributing as a team leader throughout the restaurant

Qualifications and Background:

Thorough knowledge of spirits, beer, wine and understanding of classic cocktail ingredients and techniques Ability to work quickly and cleanly in a high stress environment Friendly, warm, hard working and coachable Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and reach, bend, stoop and climb up and down stairs.
