Our team currently comprises seven female bartenders who share weekday and weekend shifts based on weekly availability. We require coverage on Saturdays (day and night shifts) and occasionally during the week to accommodate call-outs. Our operating hours are

Monday-Friday:

Split shifts 10:00 AM-6:00 PM 6:00 PM-2:00 AM

Sunday:

12:00 PM-12:00 AM (1 shift) Morning shift we have mandatory set opening time 10

AM:

Giving 1Hr to set up 9am-10am

Training:

Training is unpaid and consists of a mandatory three-to-four-day split-shift New hire training will occur in the mornings

OPENING TRAINING

Bar opening procedures, setup, POS system operation (order entry, menu, Happy Hour, drink preparation, beer pouring, keg changing, etc. You are welcome to remain beyond the scheduled time to enhance your learning. End of shift training

• Day 2: 1:00 PM-6:00 PM
• Seen the bar is open already. You will assist bartender with order fulfillment, cocktail preparation, draft beer pouring, keg changing, and other tasks. You will also learn closing procedures, including end-of-shift and safe deposit of cash. Day 3: If you feel comfortable : we can meet and do Day 4 below
• Thou if you have an weakness in any areas I would take the time to add the additional day to learn. This way your comfortable because I can assure you will run into something and get stuck.
• Day 4: Closing shift with the Bar Manager (myself). 6pm
• 2am•Here it would be in your best interest to stay and watch closing down of the bar: this way if you work evening shift you know what goes on.

Thought It May be long shift I would do 8pm

• 2am. Others have done the 6pm-2am. Again it’s your training
• see how you feel because If your unsure I would ask tons of questions.

I will seen your performance during this shift will to make my hiring decision. Please do not feel unduly nervous; I will provide guidance throughout the process. This session will focus on advanced cocktail preparation and review material from Days 1 and 2. I recommend taking notes, recording videos of POS system operation, and taking photos of setup procedures for future reference. Please note you will be shadowing me Head bartender & Manager As a solo bartender, comprehensive knowledge is crucial. Our current staff followed a similar training program. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in bartending, multitasking, problem-solving, sociable manner and interpersonal skills.

Compensation details:

Weekly pay is distributed on Fridays. Payroll is Sat

• Sunday which means if you work Sunday payment will fall on next pay check.

All employees are required to sign the payroll book to collect checks.

Hourly rate:

$12 Cash and credit card tips are all yours to collect during each shift and are NOT subject to tax. (This has been our practice for two decades, great perk. No tax on tips.. or card !!! Please send resume with attached resent picture
