As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Process orders efficiently using the Aloha POS system, handling cash register transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Stay updated on current drink trends, menu changes, and seasonal offerings. Skills Proven experience in sales, with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Strong background in food service, particularly in a restaurant or fine dining setting. Proficient math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating hospitality and attentiveness to guest needs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to build rapport with guests.
