As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique cocktails, providing outstanding service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing at the cash register. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
