Restaurant Manager/Server/Bartender Electric City Hospitality Schenectady, NY 12309 Overview Electric City Hospitality is seeking a manager for one of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing people, creating a welcoming and clean environment for our guests and working with the rest of management to create and maintain standards for our operation. Responsibilities Be on site during restaurant hours to communicate with guests and staff Ensure quality food and beverages are being prepared and served to our guests Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff on daily specials Maintain inventory and order products as needed Create and maintain a schedule for staff Assist the marketing manager with our public message Train new staff on standards and procedures Skills Communicate effectively with our team members Proficient in math . Experience in food safety standards within a restaurant setting. Familiarity with casual dining environments, enhancing the overall guest experience through hospitality management. Knowledge of bar operations, including inventory control practices Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in food production and service quality.
