The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with patrons to provide excellent hospitality and ensure their satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests when applicable. Assist in catering events by providing beverage service as required. Experience At least 2 years of previous experience preferred Strong cash handling skills and experience with cash registers are essential. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
