• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction “`Skills“` To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of catering and the food industry
• Familiarity with banquet operations
• Strong sales skills to upsell and promote menu items
• Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
