Our beverage program is dialed-in and battle-tested at the OG South Shore spot; your mission is to pour it like a pro and keep every guest riding the perfect wave. What you’ll be shredding: Execute Ditch’s signature cocktail lineup like a champ Keep the bar stocked, spotless, and camera-ready Nail food-and-drink pairings with our coastal-comfort grub (surf & sip vibes) Spot new trends and drop suggestions so we stay ahead of the swell Show every guest the kind of hospitality that makes ’em say “let’s run it back” Got a few years of high-volume LI bar experience? Whether you were a rockstar at your last spot or you’re just stoked to dive into the craft , we wanna meet you. Attitude, positivity, and people-love matter more than résumé flex. The bosses are chill, the $$$ is solid, the crew is tight.
