As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Handle cash register operations accurately, processing payments and managing tabs efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Comply with all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Participate in promotional events or specials to enhance customer engagement. Experience Significant previous cocktail bartending experience is required. Bartenders should be well versed in cocktail making with strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and bartending techniques.
