The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately. Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality, including taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations while handling ingredients and serving food. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology skills. Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Experience in the food industry, particularly in nightclub or bar settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions effectively. Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Understanding of food handling practices and food safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
