The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service will be key to enhancing their overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for sales. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Assist in organizing special events or banquets by preparing drinks and serving guests in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures within the food industry. Familiarity with retail math concepts to manage cash transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
