Note :

Prior experience as a mixologist is a must. Minimum 5 years in cocktail mixology is a must. Job is one night Friday / Saturday with a potential to have more hours in future with at least 2 nights a week. Each shift is from 4pm until past midnight. We are a high end speakeasy bar and we hire people who are talented in the industry and who respect the art of our trade. Appreciation of fine art behind our recipes is highly important. Must – A clean and presentable upbeat attitude Must be able to tend a very busy bar independently Prior experience as a skilled mixologist is a must Friendly personality to be able to handle varied customer base
