Server/Bartender/Shift Manager Stonefire restaurant 251 Lexington Avenue, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server and Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in bartending/serving/managing and possess a strong knowledge of various Italian foods and beverages. • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks on and off our cocktail menu
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/service area
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience/Required Skills:

• Proficiency in math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation
• Ability to work in various settings including fine dining and banquet environments
• Familiarity with food handling, cash handling, and food safety protocols

Nice-to-Have Skills:
