In addition to our in-house offerings, we also have a growing wholesale division that provides custom cocktail menus and training to our customers.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves working the bar, executing seasonal cocktails, and providing support to the bar team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including seasonal cocktails, to guests Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment Assist with the execution of seasonal cocktail menus Prepare syrups, juices, and garnishes for daily bar service Support the bar team with inventory management and restocking as needed Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Provide feedback to leadership team on ways to improve guest experience and execution Assist with special events and promotions as needed Ensure RAMP and PLCB compliance throughout the building at all times PLCB compliance including vigilance for visibly intoxicated persons and persons not of legal drinking age Additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure the success of the business.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender working with craft cocktails Strong knowledge and interest in mixology, spirits, and cocktail trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences Ability to work well in a team and support fellow staff members Obtaining and maintaining RAMP training
