The Role:
As a Bartender/Cocktail Server, you’ll be the face of our lounge experience—offering curated cocktails, premium cigars, and warm hospitality to our exclusive members and guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an upscale environment and takes pride in delivering elevated service with ease.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and engage guests with professionalism and charm Take beverage orders and serve drinks with precision and style Upsell premium offerings and make thoughtful cigar recommendations Maintain a clean, polished lounge environment Assist with light food service and collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff Handle payments accurately using POS (Toast)
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in upscale hospitality or cocktail service preferred Confidence, strong communication, and attention to detail A genuine interest in cigars, spirits, and luxury service (we’ll train you!) Comfort working evenings/weekends in a fast-paced, exclusive setting A team player who values discretion and customer experience above all
