The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Process cash handling transactions accurately, including opening and closing tabs for guests. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing excellent hospitality skills. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role. Experience in sales or retail math is beneficial for managing inventory effectively.
