Server/Bartender DeMarco’s Italian Restaurant 10240 Old Us 22, Kutztown, PA 19530 “`Duties“`

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests “`Requirements“`
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operation
• Understanding of food safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
