Bartender Northside Tavern(Currently Plumsteadville Pub) 1133 North Easton Road, Doylestown, PA 18902 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. We are rebranding our current location, the Plumsteadville Pub, shortly and looking for a team player who is ready to grow with us! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Your expertise in POS systems and food handling will be essential in maintaining smooth operations within our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking drink orders. Operate the POS system accurately for processing transactions and managing tabs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or special occasions to ensure seamless service. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Basic math skills are required for managing tabs and processing payments accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of retail math concepts related to inventory management is a plus. Experience in banquet service is beneficial but not mandatory.
