The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests in a vibrant bar or nightclub setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
