Job Description
Bar Back Brickette Lounge West Chester, PA 19380 The Brickette Lounge in West Chester, PA is looking for a Bar Back to join our team. Now under new management, our goal is to breathe new life into a restaurant that was originally established over 60 years ago. We’ll be turning the Brickette into a true Country and Western Honky Tonk Bar and adding proper Texas-style BBQ to the menu as well. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Must be 21+, able to work into the late night hours without conflict and able to lift 100+ pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Backup bartender
- Refill low and empty and bar stocks
- Change kegs
- Clear empty glasses
- Clean and replenish glass supply
- Restock ice
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Proactive at identifying and completing work needs
- Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
- Great spoken and written communication
- Hospitality / Restaurant industry experience a plus
