Bartender Position Available In Chester, Pennsylvania

Bartender RiverCrest Golf Club and Preserve 100 Golf Club Drive, Phoenixville, PA 19460 RiverCrest Golf Club is hiring a Restaurant Bartender. This position will anticipate guests’ needs and provide a memorable member experience. Responsibilities:

Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, and produce based on projections from the daily function sheets. Responsible for serving food and beverages, and ensuring member satisfaction. Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality. Communicate and work with all support staff to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations. Keep bar and surrounding areas neat and clean during set-up, service, and tear down.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience. RAMP Certification required. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines. A true desire to satisfy the needs of guests in a fast paced environment. Outgoing personality, positive attitude, professionalism and strong communication skills. Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash bar. Must study to learn and describe all items we sell. Planning drink menus and informing members about new beverages and specials. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
