Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Maison Lotus, the newest restaurant from WIN Hospitality Group, is looking for dedicated bartenders to be part of our team! We are bringing a unique fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine to the Main Line, our restaurant offers a dining experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. The ideal candidate is positive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following established recipes and our signature creations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overindulgence, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patrons.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate till.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and our menu offerings.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience at upscale dining environment is required.
• Knowledge of french wine, beers, drink mixing techniques, garnishes, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Available to work lunch and weekends.
• Current responsible alcohol service certification (or the willingness to obtain it).
